FREE EVENT delivers the Xmas Party for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team

For the third consecutive year, FREE EVENT delivered the end-of-season event and Xmas Party for the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, confirming its role as a creative partner in the design of experiences that celebrate sporting achievements and strengthen the team’s sense of belonging.

The evening was built around a Casino-inspired concept, with two rooms transformed into immersive gaming environments and eight tables dedicated to roulette, blackjack, dice games and a wheel of fortune. A setup designed to generate adrenaline, engagement and interaction, turning the spaces into dynamic hubs of entertainment and shared experiences.

The presence of CEO Peter Bayer, Team Principal Alan Permane, and drivers Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson added particular significance to the institutional moment: during a brief address, they shared enthusiasm and pride with the entire team for the sixth place achieved in the Constructors’ Championship, a milestone warmly celebrated by all employees.

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the screening of the season recap video, an emotional narrative that retraced all the races of the year, offering an opportunity to reflect on the journey undertaken and the goals achieved together.

The experience was completed by a Christmas-themed catering service, a spectacular laser show featuring synchronized dancers performing three simultaneous choreographies across three different rooms, and a photo booth with festive backdrops, designed to leave guests with a tangible memory of the evening.
