After a journey made together with the RINA certification team, Free Event, one of the main Italian agencies of live communication for almost twenty years, has obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 20121 certifications.

An important assumption of responsibility on the part of the Agency, which thus ensures that it has all the characteristics to maintain a general quality system in its approach, methods and results, and implements a protocol for the design and production of events that have the least possible impact on the environment.

“On a practical level, this commitment means giving priority to renewable sources of energy and recyclable materials, enhancing intelligent mobility, identifying certified suppliers and collecting measurable data for an assessment of its work. It is a one-way street, you can no longer go back: out of respect for the customer, the public and our planet, sustainability today is the real conditio sine qua non of our work” – says Andrea Camporesi, Founder and CEO of Free Event. “The achievement of this goal is certainly a confirmation of our intentions and only the first step towards an organizational process in the name of a better world”.

Among the events reported by the agency in recent weeks, the Volvo Sustainability Tour, which has touched cities and tourist locations throughout the peninsula, and “Forlì Che Brilla“, an exhibition dedicated to Christmas in the capital of Romagna.
