At the end of the winter season, Reale Mutua chose Free Event for organizing and producing the special convention aimed at awarding the Italian best agents of the international group. The exclusive event was organized in the beautiful setting of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

To highlight the beauty of the landscape and give guests a truly unique point of view, Free Event planned the installation of a large igloo-shaped dome, to be positioned in the centre of the town: a magical and warm retreat where the various activities of the day  were held. In addition to the design and set up of the huge dome, for Reale Mutua Free Event managed all the processes related to the convention’s organization of the convention, also taking care of the event’s live direction and the audio, video and lights service.
