FREE EVENT PRESENTS THE FOLLETTO – VORWERK NATIONAL SALES CONVENTION, BRINGING TO LIFE A POWERFUL VISION OF THE RADIO OF THE FUTURE

The concept — inspired by the world of radio and live communication — stems from a deep analysis of the brand’s core values: method, preparation, consistency, and the ability to build meaningful connections. “On Air” thus becomes a metaphor for listening, empathy, and authenticity: finding your voice, amplifying it, reaching people. A powerful parallel with the daily work of Folletto Agents, who turn expertise and relationships into tangible results every day.

The stunning setting of Monte Carlo hosted a multi-location event, spread across hotels and iconic venues, with the Sporting Monte Carlo as its central hub. A choice that required extremely precise production direction: logistics management of materials and equipment, technical coordination across multiple venues, synchronization of flows, meticulous timing control, and constant supervision of execution quality.

The project alternated two high-impact evening shows with two business-focused conventions dedicated to top management and leading sales forces, welcoming a total of 800 guests. A format built with great attention to content development: a coherent storytelling, a well-paced agenda, and managerial speeches enhanced by a scenographic and audiovisual system designed to amplify key messages. Every element — from video content to creative direction, from lighting design to scenography — was developed with a fully integrated approach between creativity and production.

Entertainment featured a high-level dance company, capable of moving across different musical genres with a contemporary style, the hosting of Federica Masolin, and the presence of internationally renowned artists highly appreciated by the audience.

Technology became the soul and heartbeat of a project that looks to the future with boldness and vision. Not just a stage setup, but a true immersive universe, where light, movement, and mechanics merge to create an emotional narrative of extraordinary impact.

Laser effects drawing geometries in the air, moving platforms transforming space in real time, rolling stages flowing like scenic waves, aerial rigs and fly systems defying gravity — every element was designed to surprise, amaze, and move.

Live concert moments alternated with a powerful stage production, entrusted to a large dance ensemble, with costumes designed specifically for the event’s storytelling and impeccable visual direction enhancing every detail.

The result is a futuristic staging where technology becomes an expressive language, a living material, a narrative force. The stage transforms into a dynamic, pulsating machine, capable of guiding the audience through a fully immersive experience, suspended between reality and vision.

“We envisioned a show where technology would become pure emotion, not just structure,” says Andrea Camporesi, Creative Director and Founder of FREE EVENT. “We wanted every stage movement, every laser beam, every scenic lift to be part of a story capable of leaving a lasting impression.”
