On 27 November 2024, in Rome, Automobile Club d’Italia (ACI) and Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, in collaboration with the international entertainment agency FREE EVENT, won a bronze medal at the Best Event Award Italia for the Management of the Organisational Complexity of the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix. This award recognises excellence in the management of an event involving more than 350,000 spectators, with sophisticated logistics and a focus on environmental sustainability.

In addition to this prestigious award, FREE EVENT enriched its palmarès with two other prizes at the BEA Italia:

• Event Public Affairs and Advocacy: awarded for the organisation of ‘AIPS 100’ during the Paris Olympics, a celebration of the centenary of the International Sports Press Association at the UNESCO headquarters.

• Best Sustainability Commitment: obtained together with BDO for an event on Lake Maggiore, recognised for outstanding commitment to sustainability.
