The press conference for the first edition of Running In Forte dei Marmi was held today in the splendid setting of Villa Bertelli.
After seven editions in Milano Marittima and three in Madonna di Campiglio, Running In this year also runs in Tuscany. The event will be held on Saturday 29th September, with two tracks of 11 and 5.8 km respectively, dedicated to competitive and non-competitive runners. Departure (at 10.00) and arrival in the symbol of the country, the pier on the sea: a scenographic start for a race that, as in the true “Running In” tradition, will enhance the landscapes and the most beautiful views of Forte dei Marmi.
The beneficiary of this first edition of Running In Forte dei Marmi is Dynamo Camp, the first recreational therapy camp in Italy dedicated to children with serious and chronic diseases, to which part of the enrollment will be donated. Dynamo Camp will support the organization in activities dedicated to children in the free format Running In 4 KIDS.
Great space for music and entertainment, with side events that will animate the sports village throughout the day, and the exclusive final concert by Paola Turci: a guitar and voice performance that will close the event at 6 pm in the evocative setting of the Pier of Forte dei Marmi.
The subscribers will receive a rich race pack and the "Crazy About Running In" t-shirt signed by Shoeshine, a material that has been very successful on June 10th in Milano Marittima, and which has always distinguished the event. .
In addition to Dynamo Camp and Shoeshine, other historical partners of the event will take part in the event, including Italiana Assicurazioni, Yoga and Valfrutta. The event is organized with the support of Compagnia della Vela and the patronage of the Municipality.
