Free Event landed in Florence and did coordinate the Festival of Europe celebrated from the 5th to the 12th of May 2022.

The agency had the opportunity to witness the comeback of this international event in the city of Florence which aimed to enhance Florence European’s position through a range of initiatives linked to the EU values, the knowledge of European policies and the European Parliament goals.

Free Event was chosen by the city as the main partner of the event coordination, production, fundraising and sponsorship. “Being a partner of Florence for such prestigious event represents an honor and a big responsibility for us all. – explains Andrea Camporesi, CEO of Free Event -. On the occasion for the European Festival, Free Event has been providing a team of specialists for logistics, ceremonial expertise, guests management, installations and production. Our team coordinated the project design by designing the budget plan first then by scheduling the events development, the scouting of venues and finally with the search for the most suitable suppliers.
