Born in 1978 in Hawaii, where every year the final takes place in Kowa, IRONMAN is one of the most difficult competitions in the world, a race that lasts for several hours and that, without stops, provides 3.8 km of swimming, 180 by bike and 42.2 km of travel. The IRONMAN 70.3, a “lighter” version of the classic circuit, provides 1.9 km of swimming, 90 of bikes and 21 on foot.<\/p>\n
