FREE Event SRL<\/strong> with registered office at V.le Bianca Maria, 28 – 20129 Milano (MI), Italia – (hereinafter Free Event and also \u201cData Controller\u201d), in its capacity as data controller pursuant to art.13 of EU Regulation no. 2016\/679 (hereinafter \u201cGDPR\u201d) and to the amendments introduced by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.6.2003 as revised by Legislative Decree 101\/2018 (hereinafter \u201cData Protection Code\u201d) takes users\u2019 privacy into serious consideration and therefore undertakes to respect the provisions on personal data protection.<\/p>\n

This data protection policy (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) describes how personal data are processed by Free Event S.r.l. in according to articles 13\/15 of the UE Regulation 2016\/679 and is normally published in the sections of the Website where the users\u2019 personal data are requested and collected.<\/p>\n

Where provided for in the UE Regulation 2016\/679, the user shall be requested to give his\/her consent to the processing of his\/her personal data. If the user provides the personal data of a third party, he\/she should ensure that such data are communicated to Free Event S.r.l. and further processed for the purposes specified in the relevant privacy policy statement, in compliance with UE Regulation 2016\/679 and with the applicable law.<\/p>\n

            Your personal data are processed through the operations specified in art. 4, no. 2) of the GDPR, and specifically: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, treatment, alteration, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, freezing, communication, erasure or destruction of data. Your personal data will be subject to processing both on paper records and by electronic and\/or automated means. The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time needed to fulfil the purposes referred to above, and in all cases:<\/p>\n

            1. For activities of communication and\/or newsletters, for a maximum period of 3 years, considering the need to keep records as long as the user\u2019s consent is valid, which corresponds to the obsolescence of the products which are the object of the marketing activity;<\/li>\n
            2. For activities relating to the purposes referred to in point \u201cb\u201d of the privacy policy statement, for a maximum period of 5 years, in view of the need to guarantee a suitable storage period for the repercussions of the interest of the subjects involved, considering the specific type of operations undertaken in the context of the processing, the costs of their execution, and the Data Processor’s investment in the creation of procedures and processes related to the achievement of the result;<\/li>\n
            3. For administrative and\/or tax-related activities, for a maximum duration of 10 years;<\/li>\n
            4. For active labour and HR management, selection and recruitment policies, for a maximum duration depending on the end of the current employment relationship and\/or the selection procedure;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Your data may be rendered accessible for the purposes set out in art. 2.A) e 2.B) to the Data Controller’s employees and associates, in their capacity as internal data processors and\/or persons in charge of the processing and\/or system administrators;\u2028to external companies or other entities (such as banks, professional practices, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) which provide outsourced activities to the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.<\/p>\n

                1. Disclosure of data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  With no need of your specific consent (art. 6 paragraphs b. and c. of the GDPR), the Data Controller may disclose your data, for the purposes referred to above, to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, consultants and professionals (Lawyers, Accountants, employment consultants, etc.) and the entities to which communication is compulsory by law for the fulfilment of the stated purposes. Such entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.<\/p>\n

                  Your data will not be disseminated to third parties other than the entities referred to above, unless this is necessary by law and\/or requested by an Authority, and in all cases only after a prior notification is given to the data subjects.<\/p>\n

                  1. Data transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The personal data are stored on servers located in Italy and in all cases within the European Union. However, it is understood that the Data Controller may transfer the servers outside the EU if necessary. In this case, the Data Controller hereby assures you that data will be transferred outside the EU in compliance with the relevant legal requirements, subject to signing the standard contract clauses as required by the European Commission, and to notification of data subjects if necessary.<\/p>\n

                    1. Nature of contribution of data and consequences of refusal to reply<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      The contribution of data for the purposes as per art. 2.A) is compulsory. If they are not contributed, we will be unable to ensure you the Services covered by art. 2.A). However, the contribution of data for the purposes as per art. 2.B) is optional. You may decide not to contribute any data or to withdraw your consent to the processing of data already supplied at any later date: in this case, you will not receive newsletters, marketing communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by the Data Controller. However, you will continue to be entitled to the services as per art. 2.A).<\/p>\n

                      1. Rights of the data subject<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        In your capacity as data subject, you hold the rights specified in art. 15 of the GDPR, and specifically the following rights.<\/p>\n
